Hi everyone
The Humber River spill produced results. 
I now have an APPROVED Environmental Bill of Rights Request underway that is designed to secure better transparency and communications regarding oil spills in Ontario. The MOECC is the Provincial Ministry of Environment and Climate Change was in support of my application. 
The PDF file is in the attachments. If anyone needs a .docx version let me know and I can send that one along instead. 
The end of the review is due in March 2016.
