Dear Louisette,
 
The Darlington Nuclear Re-build Project is a financial disaster. And it could result in an even bigger environmental disaster.
 
No nuclear project in Ontario’s history has delivered on time or on budget. And no private company will insure a nuclear station because the risks are too high.
 
Why is the Ontario government spending billions to re-build Darlington when lower cost, lower risk water power from Quebec is available?
 
I need your help to stop this madness.
 
I’m asking you to take a minute to sign our petition calling on Premier Wynne to cancel the Darlington Re-build Project.
 
Premier Wynne has already opened the door to the possibility of purchasing electricity from Quebec. But Minister Chiarelli has shown he’s not taking the prospect seriously with his low-ball offer to Quebec. 
 
We can’t let pressure from the nuclear industry sabotage negotiations with Quebec.
 
Now is the time for action. You can push back by signing our petition.
 
Together, we will make a difference. Together, we will stop Darlington.
