finally someone (government appointed no less?) has 
the guts to tell it like it is - what a relief - the sad truth of how Canada has 
almost completely fallen off the table on environmental protections etc. Stephen 
Harper doesn't even hear the word 'environment' in his brain - it does not 
compute or mean anything to him unfortunately.
