Hi folks
A new report was released shows how Government Employees at the Federal level experience workplace depression 75% higher than in other sectors. http://www.ottawacitizen.com/touch/story.html?id=9820676
This find supports the statements made in Open Letter written by a former Employee of Environment Canada. I don't know if folks have viewed this. It's from 2012 but it is by far one of the most candid views of what's taking place right now under the Harper Gov't. http://uncloaked.wordpress.com/2012/05/18/an-open-letter-to-the-world-on-the-governmental-destruction-of-the-environment-in-canada/#comment-125
I have a contact person in Ottawa who told me this weekend how the Harper Government has demanded the digitizing of information. When they store the work the files being created are enormous. Problem is the government servers can't open these files because the archived pieces are to large, beyond the capacity of the government servers currently in use. That data is useless unless they can actually access it.
