[All] Letter to Horwath re passage of four environmental bills

At our February GREN meeting we decided to contact Andrea Horwath regarding
a request from Environment Minister Bradley to agree to quick passage of
four environmental bills.

Attached is the letter that we have sent in. In it, we urge the NDP to
expedite passage of these important bills, but to do so on condition that
the Government agree to accept amendments to the bills similar in nature to
those proposed in the submissions referred to in our attached letter.
