[All] Major Climate Threat for Canada

The peatland that covers the Hudson Bay Lowlands in Manitoba and Ontario is normally 4 meters thick it was frozen for a millennia but is melting due to climate change. It is threatening trains needed to bring people, food and goods. The Canadian Government wanted it to move oil and grain north since Arctic waters are clearing up but this line has been experiencing many safety issues. Details here:
