Dear Mr. Taylor:

 

I acknowledge receipt of your email message and attached letter dated June
2, 2014. I again assure you that you will receive a copy of the Region's
Notice of completion for the River Road Extension Class EA, when that notice
becomes available to be published.

 

Although the presentation to the Planning and Works committee, March 4, 2014
included a scheduled publication of the notice of completion in April 2014,
the notice has not yet been published. The Project team, has been compiling
the Environmental Study Report (ESR) documentation and the review by the
team members and revisions in response to the reviews are still not
complete.  When the ESR has been finalised the document will be available to
you for your review. The Notice of Completion will be published also at that
time.

 

I will respond to your letters dated April 4 and April 10, 2014 separately.

This message is copied to Don Drackley and Marianne Radue at IBI Group, who
will compile all of the comments concerning this Study.
