Line 7 runs parallel to Line 9 and is SIX DECADES OLD. Enbridge wants to increase capacity in the line by 22%. This oil pipeline is IN OUR REGION, goes through the GRAND AND NITH RIVERS. Municipalities were not notified of this process. The National Energy Board (NEB) approved the project back in November. The expansion project started this month and is slated for completion by the end of July.
