Dear Water Champion,
 
We have extended the deadline for the 2014 Council of the Federation Excellence in Water Stewardship Award to January 24, 2014.  This annual award recognizes outstanding achievement, innovative practice, and excellence in water stewardship in Canada. 
 
We encourage you to nominate a community or stewardship group, business, local government or other organization to receive the award. One winner from each Canadian province and territory will be announced on World Water Day, March 22, 2014.
 
Please refer to the BC Nomination Package for more information on the nomination process.  If you have any questions, please email us at livingwatersmart at gov.bc.ca.  We welcome your nominations until January 24, 2014.
