Hi Eleanor:

Kim Hodasy is the person I spoke to. She told me that you can sign up now
by e-mailing her at khodasy at regionofwaterloo.ca or by calling her at
519-575-5757
X3012.

She told me that the meeting is scheduled to begin at 1:00-1:30 pm on March
4th (agenda will be up the Friday before),but delegates will not be heard
until 3:00 pm.

She also told me that if you sign up before 4:30 pm on March 3rd, you'll
have 10 minutes to speak, or 5 minutes if you sign up later. Sometimes
they ask those in the audience who didn't sign up if they'd like to speak
(but that may depend on how many are there).
