If you want my two cent's worth, this is what I think is happening. Just a theory:
The LRT is going through. This media campaign is only a spin designed to purge the rage of non supporters, sell a few papers, promote your business on the back of a popular issue, psychologically wear the the public out, until it is yesterday's news. After that this LRT will be built.
Wondering if this is being orchestrated via the Chamber of Commerce or other organization.
