 I'm sure the next time you're near a Great Lake some cosmic spirit will suddenly envelope you and the surroundings  in a loving luminosity, all birds will open their throats in joyous song, and a distant thunderstorm will rumble out a well deserved and heartfelt "thanks, Yvonne and Nancy"!

My pal Nancy Goucher, Kitchener native and now Water Program Manager at Environmental Defence asked that I share info about a motion before Kitchener City Council tomorrow evening to have the city endorse / support the Ontario Great Lakes Protection Act currently before the provincial legislature.
