Thank –you for your letter (copy attached). The notice for the planned
October 1st Public Consultation Centre was first published Tuesday September
24, 2013 in the K-W Record. And posted on the Region’s internet site.
Copies of the notice were also mailed by IBI Group to our complete contact
list, in which you are included.  The information package for the planned
October 1st Public Consultation Centre has not yet been finalized for
publication.  It will be available on September 28th, 2013.

will compile all of the comments and who will also add your contact
information to our mailing list for all Public Notices concerning this
