I acknowledge receipt of your message, below of Nov. 22, 2013  with
attachments that I had sent to you earlier the same date. The Region’s
Project Team has used the time between October 18th and November 22nd, to
compile the 66 separate comment documents received, review the comments
provided, prepare responses and publish a summary of all of those comments
and responses. That summary which was attached to my message to you of Nov.
22, 2013  will be included in the documentation of the Class EA study,
together with all original comment documents received. 

 

Each public comment that has been received after our requested submission
date of October 18, 2013 will be considered and documented in the Class EA
study, even if it has not been included in the documents that I sent to you
on Nov. 22, 2013.  The specific response to your submission is included in
the table as submitter No. 64 with a response to each of the comments that
are listed.  I assure you that the team is continuing to use all public
comments to improve the Class EA study.
