Annual European Union greenhouse gas inventory 1990-
2011 and inventory report 2013  was released. Total 2011 EU greenhouse gas emissions were 18.4% below 1990 levels. Almost two thirds of GHG emissions reduction in 2011 came from the UK, France and Germany. Report is here:

It's official. The province of BC rejects the Northern Gateway because there are 5 conditions it could not meet prior to approval.
