[All] Register now for GREN co-sponsored event on water in the Grand River watershed

Where will we get the water thirty years from now to meet the needs of
homes, farms, and businesses while not disrupting the needs of the wildlife
with whom we share these waters? Will it come from more wells? a pipeline to
Lake Erie? or from increased water conservation?
 
These are among the questions that will be probed by a panel of speakers
taking part in the Water Symposium: Conserve and Protect on Saturday June 8
from 10 am to 2:45 pm. The event is being held in the unique historic Slit
Barn at rare Charitable Research Reserve in Cambridge.
 
The speakers are from rare, Great Lakes United, the Grand River
Environmental Network, REEP Green Solutions, the Grand River Conservation
Authority, the Region of Waterloo, and Mindscape Innovations. See the
attachment for the full program.

jointly hosting the event.
