Film Screening: Do the Math 


Check out a free screening of the film "Do the Math". It’s a fast-paced and inspiring film about the growing movement to solve the climate crisis, created by 350.org (the organization founded by environmentalist Bill McKibben).
 
On Thursday, May 16, at 6 p.m., Parkminster United Church on Erb Street in Waterloo (http://www.parkuc.ca/)  will be one screening venue among hundreds worldwide on that same day. "Do the Math" is a film about what we can do to reduce the CO2 in the atmosphere from its current level of 392 parts per million to 350 ppm--the level that scientists agree is safe for human life.
 
Free admission; open to all. Invite friends, family and neighbours to be part of this grassroots movement to get our earth back on track!
