[All] Good News from Waterloo Region re: Lake Erie pipeline

Waterloo Region does not need a Lake Erie Pipeline thanks to conservation efforts of citizens, businesses and municipalities. They can defer the pipe but if we keep reducing water demands we won't need it at all.
