Federation of Canadian Municipalities voted 80% in motion asking fed. gov't to upgrade more tar sands bitumen. Sarnia was trumpted as the place to do it. Bad news for the folks of Aamjiwnaang First Nations Reserve

In April Aamjiwnaang had at least 3 leaks of hydrogen sulfide in April 2013. Shell refinery had three workers treated for exposure.
