Hi GREN members (and others),You're welcome to attend the KWFN meeting on Monday, Feb. 25, 7:30 pm, Wing 404/Rotary Centre, Dutton Dr. Waterloo, to hear Paul Racher talk about a partially excavated Neutral village that was discovered along Strasburg Creek in the Huron Natural Area. It dates to about 1500 AD. "Many of the findings shatter some long-held stereotypes about Aboriginal people." according to the meeting notice in The Heron. "The lecture will close with a discussion of the efforts of the City of Kitchener to protect the site and incorporate it into their educational programs."The speaker will probably start about 8pm.Daphne
