Environmental Commissioner exposes the fact 
that Ontario is digging MASSIVE holes all over. Pits, quarries, Parking, Massive Condo's in Toronto and other Construction, Dumps etc. HUGE Lack of oversight and lack of reasonable 
dialogue between ministries. Aggregates being exploited. MUST see video by Ontario Environmental 
Commissioner.

In the UK they tax the removal of aggregates off site. They don't do that here.
