Hello everyone

Recently the Premier has asked all Ontario residents to come forward with any information they may have regarding organized crime. I fowarded the information I had regarding Activa's illegal banking and fraud in Germany (as seen in the attachment) and as it turns out, according to an Internal BKA document from 2000, the Calabrian 'Ndrangheta had already expanded it's operations to include points throughout Germany. Investigators believe that the Mafia's bases in Germany are used primarily for clandestine Financial Transactions involving money laundering.

I did submit a rather long letter of I've experienced over the last 12 years that relate to the idea that there may be corruption taking place, particularly in regards to construction and aggregate projects all linked to this big city scheme planned 30 years back. I won't send you that due to the sensitivity of the info but I can relay this quick email of what I have sent since as seen below.

Anyhow, if anyone has further information to submit regarding any suspected illegal activity or Mafia ties I encourage you to email the following folks below. The RCMP are included in this list. Also I have a contact currently involved with the Charbonneau inquiry in Quebec and if anyone would prefer to simply relay the concerns to this police officer just email me and I'll provide the contact info.

Thanks folks

Lulu

Subject: Re: Concerns of Corruption in Waterloo Region

Dear Ministers

The correspondence I sent to you on Friday Sept. 21 at 2:17 pm was a very long email. If Rogers Internet sends a shorter appearing version with part of the text cut off, please scroll down further and click the bottom right hand corner to view the full text.

I want to inform everyone that the email as sent on Friday Sept. 21st has also been shared with the RCMP, Waterloo Regional police as well as Mr. Amato who is currently involved with the Charbonneau Inquiry regarding corruption in Quebec.

In my view the Liberal party has failed to reasonably enforce laws regarding the protection of rare species and their habitats. They have negated to support investigations to assist citizens who raise environmental concerns when quarry pits and development projects post risks to their communities.  In my view, based on personal observations, the OMB is clearly not effective tool in curbing destruction of habitat or aquifers even when the rulings strictly mandates the application of conservation measures.

Recently the Environmental Commissioner released his annual report citing similar concerns. He states: "Senior Members of the Ontario Public Service are ignoring their responsibility to support and impliment the will of the Legislative Assembly."

Personally I would go further to state that Senior Members are in blatent non compliance to the will of the Leglslative Assembly. I have spent years speaking with officials at the city, municipal and provincial levels. There is no plausible deniability in regards to any of the issues I have addressed or witnessed. I have notified the MNR, the MOE and the Premier's office about these issues for years.

Why are we still not seeing any reasonable measure of policy compliance?

Thank you kindly for your time.
