Hi folks

Here is the letter I received from the Attorney General today. This delay by McGuinty followed up with this email is like salt in the wound. It's insulting. They've studied me to death already. I feel like a dissected frog. They refuse to provide closure with the passing of the bill.  I don't need placation for God's sake. I want closure!

The Ministry of the Attorney General has taken steps to further protect public participation in government decision making and to prevent misuse of the court system.  In 2010, the Attorney General established an Advisory Panel to provide advice on the
issue of SLAPP suits.  The final report of the Anti-SLAPP Advisory Panel is now available on the Ministry’s website at:

The government is carefully reviewing the report of the Advisory Panel.  Your e-mail detailing your experiences with SLAPP suits is helpful for the Ministry to better understand the frequency and the nature of SLAPP suits in Ontario.
