[All] New Moraine info

For ever litre of water pulled out for the Oak Ridge's Moraine community’s water supply, 2.8 litres goes to other uses such as golf courses, aggregate washing, bottled water and snow making. 

There is no legal mechanism to determine whether drinking water supplies should be considered of higher importance than other large and highly consumptive uses.
