[All] Final presentation for Line 9

Hi folks

My final presentation is in the attachments. I fixed the previous errors made due to lack of sleep. Just scrap that previous copy. This one is the keeper. I tagged in a brief passage regarding minimal societal impacts as well. 

Enbridge stated at the hearing their project would have "minimal societal impacts" and yet at the hearing itself, we had protests from citizens including first nation's chiefs, extra police protection, the hearing was delayed and the civil liberties of certain individuals were stripped due to their conduct. There were also protests taking place outside. Taxpayers on the hook for all the extra cops etc. Hardly a minimal impact. 

None the less, this is the better version to go for and I'm also going to be distributing David Wellhauser's press release regarding our Waterloo Moraine Act to the press and to the NEB. You can view that online here: http://waterloomoraineact.com/mediarelease.htm 
It's time we wake up the world to the issues of the Waterloo Moraine. This info might end up in the New York times.  No joke.
