Conestoga Room, City Hall   
  The Environmental Committee invites you to participate in its first Environmental Showcase.
Come join community environmental grant (CEIG) recipients, local environmental non-profits and scholars working to conserve and sustain our Earth's most precious resources. 
                     
  Location Details:
 
Kitchener City Hall is located at:
200 King Street West, Kitchener, ON N2G 4G7
The Conestoga Room is located on the main level of City

  Information for Participants:
 
· It is preferred that displays are stand alone as we have a limited number of tripods available. 
· Tables will be available for those who have stand alone displays.
· Ample wall space will be available for those who are able to hang a poster.
· Tripods will be provided on a first come first serve basis.
· Displays should be self-explanatory and include an introduction, key points, illustrations, and a summary. 
· The room will be available at 3:30pm for set-up. The room will need to be cleared by 6:00pm.
