Good evening,

A quick reminder that instead of a GREN meeting in December we are going to attend the upcoming Waterloo Region Environmental Networking Event this coming Wednesday, December 5th at 7:00pm at the St. John the Evangelist Church at 23 Water Street North in downtown Kitchener.  

This event is the first-ever attempt to get folks from the more than 70 local environmental groups that have been identified all together to meet and learn from each other.  Already there are folks from dozens of different groups signed up to attend.  It should be quite a fun and interesting social event.

The GREN Executive is also working on a joint meeting with Brantford Environmental groups for January and a major meeting in March on water efficiency/conservation.
