[All] FW: Melancthon EA update

The Melancthon decision is a good step forward but as the Judge said " A 
consultant will write what you pay him to write "  so it is up to us to 
keep the heat on. Keep those signs up.
Also, since the mapping of the area underground waters is not 
finished..... there could still be wiggle room for Highlands. We won the 
SPP, Site 41, the MAI but this one is still looming. IMHO.   norah.
