[All] Reports re: Eastern Basin Alga

Here's the data to an abstract of a report documenting how the alga is affecting the Eastern Basin. Although this data only goes up to 2002, it is reasonable to state conditions in the Eastern Basin today have since declined this year as well because this year's outbreak is one of the worst and clearly the blooms are seen heading to the East.

For a number of years, data on alga in the Eastern Basin Alga was lacking but this link here helps to fill in the data gap.
