on another note...

The Region will have an Ontario Municipal Board hearing on Friday Nov. 4th regarding the Country Side Line and aggregate issues.  The public is welcome to attend. The hearing will be at the Region of Waterloo council chamber on Fredrick St. in Kitchener starting at 10:30 am.

To bring folks up to speed, previously the OMB has requested all participants and parties to gather to see if they can narrow down the issues prior to the hearing and this is the meeting where they basically state if any changes have come from this process. From here the Chair will decide what course to take if they should finalize the issues list and proceed to the hearing or if the process could benefit from further negotiations. That's it in a nutshell.

Have a good one everybody!
