*We are ADDING a medication to our drinking water.* *It is called FLUORIDE*
.

What shall we add next to our drinking water for EVERYONE?
Viagra?
Anti-depressants?
Pain killers?
Blood Pressure drugs?
Cholesterol drugs?

*Food and Drugs Act and Regulations definition - Drug: "*includes any
substance or mixture of substances manufactured, sold or represented for use
in: the diagnosis, treatment, mitigation or prevention of a disease,
disorder or abnormal physical state, or its symptoms, in human beings and
animals”.

*Natural Health Product Regulations definition - Natural Health Product *:
“means a substance set out in Schedule 1 or a combination of substances in
which all the medicinal ingredients are substances set out in Schedule 1, a
homeopathic medicine or a traditional medicine, that is manufactured, sold
or represented for use in: the diagnosis, treatment, mitigation or
prevention of a disease, disorder or abnormal physical state or its symptoms
in humans”.* There are 2 components of a natural health product (NHP)
defined by: (a) intent of use as a medication; (b) medicinal ingredient:
listed in Schedule 1. e.g., mineral*

*Supreme Court of Canada **(*Metropolitan Toronto v. Forest Hill (Village),
[1957] S.C.R. 569) ruled that fluoridation is “compulsory preventive
medication” used for a “special health purpose.”

*Health Canada** **“**Health Canada **does not regulate hexafluorosilicic
acid or sodium silicofluoride products**, the actual products used in water
fluoridation, which are **allegedly used as a medical treatment to prevent
dental disease.**” **[emphasis added] **Petition #299, Answer #3, to Auditor
General of Canada*

I submitted a 138 page law review to the Justice Minister/Attorney General
of Canada and the Auditor General of Canada last Thursday, May 26, 2011. It
was also sent to Dianne Saxe.

The fluoride products used in artificial water fluoridation are unregulated,
uncontrolled, unsafe and illegal.
