For some this may be a repeat of a previous email sent. If not, here is a summery of tonight's open house regarding Hidden Valley and the confirmed Jeffersons.

Hidden Valley May 17 2007: Map  
This video shows the current mapping of "regulated" habitat showing a 300 meter bufferzone around known breeding habitats

 what the public observed at the open house including the fact that the 
agencies involved intend to seek a permit to destroy species during the 
construction phase of this proposed roadway if need be and how 
threatened species have already been confirmed outside of the current 
protected area where the road extension is intended to be built.

Regional Species at Risk: May 17 2011
This
 video shows how across the Region, protective species legislation and 
Ontario Municipal Board processes are failing to stop the destruction of
 threatened species and their known habitats across the region.

 been sued for 2 million in the past for raising concerns on 
environmental issues I tucked in the brief defamation clause at the end
