Hi everyone
I'd feel comfortable to speak with the group about this issue. Am I GREN authorized do do so? In a nutshell the issues regard: Hydrogeology, rare species and the need to expand review processes to include input from from more ministries and more communities.

Hi,

I am a member of
WCEAC (Waterloo Citizen's Environmental Advisory Committee). Last week I asked
the committee if they would be interested in having someone come in to give a
talk on the Highland quarry proposal. I'm not sure if GREN is the correct group
to do such a talk, but if anyone in the group feels willing and able to do so,
they would be more than welcome. Alternatively, if someone could make a
suggestion of another group that could give such a talk (i.e. Gravel Watch),
that would be acceptable too.

The date of our next
meeting is Tuesday, June 14th. The talk would be about 10 minutes, with about 10
minutes extra for questions.

I look forward to
hearing people's thoughts.

Cheers,

Alisa
