[All] Just Released: European Commission report re: Climate change

New European Commission report just released titled "Roadmap for moving to a low-carbon economy in  2050" has just been released.


        Its key message is that the bloc risks losing out to 
competitors that are putting more money into these areas - especially if
 oil and gas prices rise.
