Thanks for the support Lulu.
Perhaps someone could respond to the Chronicle with such sentiment? It would be better if someone else rather than myself replied, I think. I have already given my 2 cents.

I agree Alisha. Please note watershed delineation is currently only based on surface topography (aka the basin feature above the ground) without regard to subsurface water connectivity(Aquifers and underground connectivity). The watershed methods used currently are an outdated system to say the least and one that poses many risks. This is why we must put pressure to study the actual geology of the area, to understand sediment types and underground connectivity issues.

Note that the GRCA says:
“The site is not in the Grand River Watershed, it is east of a shared
boundary,” Schultz said. “It is entirely contained within the
Nottawasaga Watershed.”
This is contrary to map provided by Stantec (See attached map). Note that they overlay of site area was not provided by them.
