Spoken is what we expect. Just keep the questions short. The chair won¹t
hesitate to cut it off, if the question is getting too long.

Looking forward to seeing a lot of you this evening at 7:15 at
Whole-Lotta-Gelatta, 120 King St S, Waterloo. Hopefully the sidewalks and
roads won¹t turn to ice.
