[All] Please vote on GREN position

Hello All,

  I support the motion as presented but if changes are to be made would 
favour Susan K's suggestion that St Jacob's may not be the best place to 
start because of its 2 day congestion compared to the southern daily 
traffic. If there are further changes to your position,  I add my 
support to the majority of a group decision. You have put an enormous 
amount of effort into this and I am unfamiliar with the complexities 
since I do not live and use the existing routes. Your combined 
intelligence is stellar and should help to move this forward.   Norah
