[All] The end of landfills: Symposium at U of Western Ontario

Hi everyone
A free symposium is taking place next week at the University of Western Ontario in London Ont. reviewing the topic of Site 41, exploring lessons learned from the scientific, technical and social perspectives from both sides of the debate. It discusses how we are managing our wastes and how we can work towards establishing zero waste in order to protect air, soil and water resources. The symposium takes place at the Natural Science Building Room 12 from Sept 13-15th.
I will be attending on Sept. 14th so if anyone would like to ride with me, feel free to drop me an email. I live in Waterloo but I can pick anyone up around the KW area who may be interested in attending.  Registration info is below. I'll be sure to take notes for GREN.
