[All] Grand River Watershed Water Forum - program update

Good Morning Sonia!

That is certainly good news. But, unlike other years, your program  
that I consulted yesterday did not indicate that you
"have revamped the entire panel discussion to allow for more audience  
questions and interaction" or that
"moderators are very aware that a significant portion of time must be  
reserved for questions from the audience"

Given how both last year (and the year before)  that no time was  
allowed for public questions &/or brief comment --despite being  
indicated in the program --  I suggest that a note at the bottom of  
your program below would be of great interpretive assistance.
See possibility that I inserted below.
