Tar Sands 101
Monday November 15 12pm-1:30pm
WPIRG office- SLC room 2139



Alberta's Tar Sands, once one of Canada's richest natural resources, now the nation's fastest growing source or greenhouse gas emission. Learn how the production of oil is impacting the environment and our lives. 


You can be part of the solution, share your ideas and discuss how to affect change in this interactive workshop. 


Workshop is FREE and SNACKS will be provided! 
Workshop is part of a Community Service Learning project between WPIRG and WLU Community Psychology students.
Location is wheelchair accessible.
