[All] West Side Lands update

Hi folks
 
CELA is unable to represent me because I don't fit the fiscal criteria for Ontaro Legal Aid and their staff is limited but they directed me to a couple of agencies that don't have these fiscal restrictions and they're willing to put in a good word for me to help me out.
 
Today I spoke with the Ontario Ombudsman's office and I am filing a formal complaint to  in regards to the way the MOE and MNR have negated to take action to stop the land augmentations in the West Side Lands. Serious concerns exist in regards to fish, birds and the protection of water resources. I stated to the Ombudsman's staff that if this were a private company doing these things they would have been charged by now but because it's a municipality permitting these acts,  there is complacency on the part of the provincial ministries to take any reasonable action to mitigate risks. I've already got my case file open and info is being sent. 
 
One door closes, another one opens. I'll keep hammering.
