Here is a you tube video to show the water being contained on the Greyerbiehl property and it shows land augmentations on Clair Creek Meadows. The footage was taken by a brave soul who grabbed my camera and jumped the fence. They will remain nameless.

The GRCA docs secured by Freedom of Info. admitted there would be grading, cut and fill and water diversions from Clair Creek. They augmented the creek starting the first week of August 2009.  In an email from City of Waterloo staff it confirms the OMB
mandated piezometers was not installed until Sept. 2009, at least one month AFTER the creek augmentations began. I've got a Freedom of Info application in the process to gather the related paperwork.
