Hi folks

The ROPP is going to the province for approval. They expect the feedback of the province it to be given in July or August of this year at which time there is a 20 day window after the provincial approval for people to object via the OMB. If developers or land owners intend to challenge the country side line, that would be the time they submit their file. Details as provided by the region are in the attachment.

Good morning,  

   

On June 30, 2010, the Council of the Regional Municipality
of Waterloo adopted staff Report P-10-056 regarding its new Regional Official
Plan (ROP). This report contains a series of recommendations with respect to the
Province's proposed modifications to the ROP.  

   

As you have previously requested to be kept apprised of the
ROP, we are e-mailing you the attached letter from Mr. Kevin Eby regarding the
pending the approval process.
