Lulu you made my day with your fancy marketing names.
I shall add it to the one coined Christmas eve by one of our daughter's guests.
I stated that so many of us Grandparents didn't know whether to say we were "Grandparenting" when asked to look after the children or "Babysitting" which doesn't seem right when they're your own Grandkids.
He suggested that if I say " Grandsitting" it would be a combination and explaination I love it !!!! (except he doesn't know that there's very little 'sitting' with the little darlings...as his own kids are only 6 and 9) However I shall let you use it for your future kids and I shall put your "Elegant Menu Nominations" in my book of keepers.
Happy New year to all y'all and blessings in 2011 . Ginny

        Trust Gov't? Ha ha ha.

No. I'm no so silly as to do that but i was just curious to see if they had any handy cooking tips for all those male fish with balls full of eggs. Think of it as Ontario's special caviar. We could market it with a nice fancy name like roe d'homme or oeufs testiculaires.

I know along the Bay of Quinte, Ontario's fish is so tasty, they choose to beach themselves annually because they just can't wait to get in the pan. It's all in the marketing eh?

The truth is, the more people fishing and swimming in an area, the more attention is given to protecting the water quality and fish health of those areas. If nobody swims or fish, there is little reason to demand protection of it in the eyes of the current establishment. Even if you don't fish, there is a great value in buying a fishing license if only to support the protection of our water quality.

                Hi folks

Here is the online version of MNR's Guide to Eating Ontario Sport Fish 2009/2010. It's a great way to stay up to date on various local water quality issues. When it comes to Ontario's fish, read it before you eat it!
