[All] Federal Panel results re: Tar Sands

Hi everyone
The results: more monitoring for tar sands is needed and the data is not centralized. We need to establish a system to review cumulative impacts. Lack of science rigor, lack of peer review, lack of independent oversight, poor leadership and lack of transparency. Details here:
