[All] GRCA doc re: Gravel Pits below water table

Hi folks

In the attachments is a doc outlining the Best practices for gravel pits below the water table. It was mentioned in the latest GRCA minutes.

It appears that there is an organized effort to create policy changes to facilitate the anticipated gravel pits along the Grand. First we have the Wavy-rayed Lampmussel at risk of loosing it's protective status and now this. 

Keep your eyes open to see if more issues like this are trying to slide by. It is imperative we have a say in these public processes.
