A young prof from Guelph, new to U of Waterloo, is starting up a program 
for students there who will contact 'existing food supply businesses' 
and help them with ways to be more green . Any existing contacts in K/W 
that she could benefit from?
Strengthening food security is the focus..as well as business 
opportunity... i think.. Thanks for any contacts or info.  Norah.
