[All] Minister speaks out about Tar Sands and water.

It has long been said that the greedy and short sighted Tar Sands producers out west  (and yes, the tar sands are the greatest water users)  who brag of their riches (currently)  will soon be fighting and   or    begging Ontario for fresh drinking water  because we`ve been making some efforts to protect ours.   We`ll have to be prepared to protect Ontario and our own communities.   They will soon realise that money cannot be eaten nor drunk.   Ginny
