[All] Metropolitan Governance in Relation to Our LRT

Hi All,

If we are to have a place in potentially new Regional Governance  
Structures (as an  NGO), then we should develop the new understandings  
required (New Regionalism, etc.). Struggling through this masters  
thesis by German university student, Daniela Windsheimer, could be  
very useful in that direction.

The definition of Governance -- the use of interorganizational  
approaches rather than a hierarchical regional government to  
effectively govern Metropolitan Regions -- suggests
that NGOs will be key players if we are so capable.! Let's get with it.
