Dear Members of the Board of Directors of Stantec
 
Please review the following correspondence titled "Stantec from Lanteigne".  Included with the correspondence are the supporting documents for your reference. 
 
The purpose of this letter is to facilitate meaningful open dialogue to illustrate the concerns regarding credibility of data provided by Stantec in both Waterloo Region and Burlington. At this time these matters appear to be isolated incidents.
 
If there are any questions or comments regarding the contents please don't hesitate to contact me. I'll be glad to help in anyway I can. My only objective is to mitigate risks to surface and groundwater features and to assure due diligence with hydrogeological assessments conducted by your firm.
